Motivation is a big part of any wellness program, or at least it should be!  The root of motivation is your mindset and that is the key. Your mindset dictates how you will go.  My goal  is to get you to look at your life in a better perspective.  I would go so far as to say that mindset is 75% of the journey.  With the right mindset you can work through weight loss and work out plateaus.
